POLICIES

A fifty percent deposit is required at time of sale.  Cancellations cannot be made after the time of the deposit.  Balances must be paid in full prior to alterations.  Special order must be paid in full within thirty days after being received by our store unless otherwise arranged.  All merchandised must be picked up and paid in full prior to wearing date stated on the sales order and prior to leaving our store.  Our store cannot be liable for color variations or shipping delays by the manufacturer.  Refunds are not allowed on any deposit or payment.  These policies are recommended by the "National Bridal Service", a professional association of over 800 of America's leading stores for brides.
 
A fifty percent deposit is required on the rental of our gardens at the time of signing an agreement.
 

A fifty percent deposit is required on all flower orders at the time of the order and must be
paid in full five days before the wedding date.
